Raw Fruit Nut Granola Bars

• ½ cup raw almonds
• ½ cup raw pumpkin seeds
• ½ cup raw walnuts
• ¾ cup pitted dates
• 1 cup dried unsweetened shredded fruit (apples or coconut works well!)
• ¼ cup raisin
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Put the almonds, pumpkin seeds and walnuts into a food processor and blend until finely chopped. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until the mixture is uniform and sticky. Line a baking pan with wax paper and transfer the mixture into it. Place a layer of wax paper on top of the mixture and press it into the shape of the pan. Cut the bars into the desired sizes and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
