Ingredients:
1. 1 package of flavored tofu such as banana
2. 1 banana
3. 1 to 2 teaspoons of water of almond milk
4. ½ teaspoons of almond extract (optional)
Directions:
1. Blend tofu in the food processor until smooth.
2. Add the banana and blends some more, add water as need until desired consistency and almond extract and blend as well.
3. Pour into dishes and chill in the fridge for minimum of two hours.
4. Serve as is or with fresh fruit toppings.
Makes four to five servings.
